If you need help with CoCWarStats, have found a problem, or want to report unexpected behaviour, contact us by email or Discord.

Useful information when reporting a problem

• CoCWarStats app version and build revision;
• device type and operating system;
• the screen or feature you were using;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
• the exact error message, if one was shown.

Diagnostics

If support asks for diagnostics, the app includes a time-limited diagnostics mode. It expires automatically after 30 minutes. Do not send passwords, device secrets or other credentials in a support message.
