Privacy Policy

Short version: CoCWarStats accounts are intentionally anonymous. The app does not require your name, email address or payment details to create an account. It does use app-generated identifiers and Clash of Clans clan/player information to provide its features.

1. Information CoCWarStats uses

Depending on the features you use, CoCWarStats processes the following information:

Clash of Clans data, such as clan tags, player tags, player/clan names, war and CWL information, attacks, defences, stars, destruction, Town Hall information and related game statistics.
Anonymous CoCWarStats account identifiers used to associate linked app installations with one account.
Installation identifiers and installation credentials used so an installation can authenticate to the CoCWarStats service and receive the correct scheduled results.
Basic installation metadata needed to manage linked devices and service operation, such as a device label/platform and last-seen information.
Scheduler information used for automatic war/CWL completion and Player Tracking, including scheduled events, Player Watches and pending results waiting to be delivered to an installation.

2. What CoCWarStats does not require

Creating a CoCWarStats account does not require you to provide a name, email address, postal address, phone number or payment information. CoCWarStats app accounts are separate from Supercell accounts.

3. Why this information is used

The information above is used to provide the features of the app, including:

retrieving and storing the war/CWL data you choose to track;
showing Classic War and CWL history, statistics and rankings;
tracking selected players and their future war activity;
scheduling follow-up retrieval after wars/CWL battles end so final data can be collected automatically;
linking supported installations to the same anonymous account;
delivering pending scheduled results to the correct installation;
operating, securing and troubleshooting the service.

4. Diagnostics and service metrics

The app includes optional diagnostics that you can turn on when troubleshooting. A diagnostic session is time-limited to 30 minutes. Diagnostic/performance information can be written locally and can also be associated with a temporary diagnostic session on the server.

The server also keeps coarse operational metrics used to operate the service, such as registered installation counts, recent active-installation counts, queue/capacity information and server performance. These are operational measurements rather than a personal profile of how you use the app.

The current release does not implement feature-level behavioural analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe the collection before it is relied upon.

5. Website privacy

This public website is intentionally simple. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. Normal hosting infrastructure still has to process network requests in order to serve the site.

6. Sharing and sale of data

CoCWarStats does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers where necessary to host and operate the CoCWarStats service.

7. Retention

Local clan, war and player history is kept on the installation until you remove it through the app, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. Server-side scheduler, account-linking, diagnostic and operational records are retained only as needed for their functions and configured service-retention rules.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your CoCWarStats account directly in Account & Devices. Deleting an account removes the shared account and account-scoped server scheduler state for every installation linked to that account, including scheduled events, Player Watches, pending results and account associations. The installations themselves remain valid but become accountless.

Local clan and war history is not deleted by account deletion. Manual refresh remains available, but wars will no longer auto-complete and Player Tracking is unavailable until an account is created or linked again.

9. Anonymous external deletion requests

Because CoCWarStats accounts are not linked to your name or email address, an external deletion request must include the CoCWarStats Account ID that was displayed in Account & Devices. If you no longer have access to the app and did not retain the Account ID, CoCWarStats cannot reliably identify which anonymous account belongs to you.

10. Children

CoCWarStats is not designed to collect personal profile information from children. Game-related clan/player information is processed only as needed for the app's statistics and tracking functionality.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when CoCWarStats functionality, data handling or legal/store requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL.
